Please note that set-up will not be allowed on March 26, 2012 as the Exhibition starts at 09:00 am

During set-up days, trucks and heavy-duty vehicles can unload the equipment at the designated area in the Exhibition Center.

Dismantling days

Booth Fascia

Exhibitors who purchased a Basic Stand Construction are requested to note their company name (in English Only) for the fascia board. The sign will include the company's name only (no slogans are allowed). Pre assigned sole contractor will provide the fascia boards for the booth.

Exhibitor Badges

During the Exhibition, all exhibitors are required to wear badges displaying their company name. All Exhibitors are requested to pick up their badges from the Exhibition registration floor before the start of the event.

Exhibitor Catalog Entry

Up to 100-word Exhibitor Company/Product profile will be published in the list of exhibitors in the official exhibition catalogue and must be submitted electronically by e-mail to: nanoinni@kenes.com

Parking permits

As a NanoIsrael 2012 Exhibitor, we are pleased to advise that parking has been arranged for the set-up/dismantle days, and the duration of the show.  Parking permits will be allocated according to space rented by exhibiting companies.  This service is being provided to exhibitors at no extra charge. In addition to permits given, extra permits can be obtained at own cost. 
The exhibiting company representative will be notified regarding exact details, closer to the time of the event.

Insurance

The organizers will be responsible for Third Party Insurance, as per the standard procedures at the exhibitions. Exhibitors are advised to purchase insurance policies to ensure their equipment from theft/damage, as well as third-party lawsuits during the exhibition.

Special Effects/Live Music

The use of loudspeakers and live music at the Exhibition area is not permitted. Background music and promotional videos may be used, however, please make sure that noise level is kept to a minimum to enable well functioning of the business meetings.

Security

General security is provided round the clock.

International freights and custom services

Services provided by the freight forwarder company include:
• Transportation by road, air, ocean
• Temporary and permanent customs clearance
• On-site handling (forklift, cranes and labour)
• Removal, storage and return of empty packing cases
• Re-export formalities and warehouse storage
• Exhibition freighting
• On-site supervision
