Cancellation Policy:
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Kenes UK to laryngology@kenes.com
Registration cancellations will be accepted until 30 May 2011 with a refund as follows:
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked prior to 30 April - Full refund (less 10% administration fee)
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked from 30 April - 30 May - 50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked after 30 May - No refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
