Laryngology 2011 is the first conference of its kind in the UK, initiated by Prof. Martin Birchall, Guri Sandhu and Chadwan Al Yaghchi.
As the fastest growing sub-speciality in Otolaryngology today, Laryngology also overlaps with a whole multidisciplinary group of professionals who are engaged in managing patients with airway, voice and swallowing disorders. Due to the rapid pace of change and the rate of absorption of new technology in the field, we felt that there was a great need for a forum where world-class teachers could educate in as interactive and stimulating a way as possible. Some of the topics that will be discussed at Laryngology 2011 include clinical practice and out-patient procedures, tissue engineered trachea, complex airway management, laryngeal pacing, dysphagia and laryngeal re-innervations.
In order to maintain high standards we have partnered with Europe's most progressive medical conference company,
Kenes UK, to deliver what we believe will become a regular point of contact for those interested in Laryngology. Located here in London, one of the world's greatest cities, we think it will be quite an event.
