The European Accreditation Committee in CNS has designated

International Society for Affective Disorders | ISAD 2012

a maximum of 19.5 CME Credits

Attendees requesting CME credit are required to complete the CME evaluation form on-line at the EACIC website: www.eacic.eu

The deadline for this evaluation is 30th May, 2012

CME certificates will be delivered electronically upon receipt of the evaluation form
