Proposals should include the following information:

• Symposium Title.
• Abstract – description of the focus of the symposium and topics that will be addressed.
• Suggested speakers.
• Tentative topics for each speaker.
• Email addresses & affiliation for each speaker.
• Confirmation that the proposed speakers have agreed to speak.

Each symposium will last for 1 hour15 minutes, therefore it is recommended that you include 3 - 5 speakers.
