About Us

The International Paediatric Sleep Association is pleased to be holding its 2012 gathering in the UK, during the nation’s Olympic Year. This rapidly growing biennial event addresses hot topics across every sub-speciality related to paediatrics and child health. The IPSA conference is an influential forum for sleep practitioners from around the world to network and exchange views, whilst learning from world-class researchers about the latest scientific and clinical developments in the field. Chaired by Paul Gringras and Cathy Hill, the local Organising Committee has arranged for the world’s  preeminent researchers and practitioners from all disciplines to speak at IPSA 2012.

The 2012 congress aims to strike a perfect balance between the didactic and the practical. Between the pre-congress day practical workshops, key note lectures, lively symposia and poster sessions you will return home with the technical knowhow and up to date knowledge that will enable you to improve your practice.

In order to maintain the high standards that the conference has become known for, we have partnered with Europe's most progressive medical conference company, Kenes UK, to deliver what we believe will be a groundbreaking congress for those interested in paediatric sleep medicine.

The UK local Organising Committee are proud to be hosting IPSA 2012 for the first time in the history of the congress - in one of the world’s liveliest cities, Manchester. For its programme and for its venue, IPSA 2012 is one gathering that you must not miss.
