On behalf of the Organizing Committee it is our great pleasure to invite you to join the 14th Biennial Meeting of the International Gynecologic Cancer Society (IGCS 2012) to be held from October 13-16, 2012 in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada.
Following the tradition of previous meetings, IGCS 2012 will provide you with the opportunity to learn about the latest clinical advances as well as international developments in research, practice and treatment.
IGCS Meetings offers attendees many opportunities for the dissemination, discussion and debate of the new medical and scientific information, treatment and care in the field of gynaecologic oncology.
A new session, the “Young Doctors’ Summit” is planned for the establishment of young doctors’ network on October 13. We welcome the attendance of young doctors from all over the world to this unique and directed educational opportunity. It will be a terrific forum to learn about the subspecialty and to make new friends from other countries.
This year’s Presidential Plenary Session is titled “Surgeries for Invasive Cervical Patients: A Global Approach.” We are anticipating the various presentations of anatomy oriented surgeries and audiences can enjoy the importance of high quality surgeries for the treatment of cervical cancer. The scientific program will feature many of the recent scientific advances in gynecologic cancer biology and patient care and address challenging management issues through Educational Symposia, Tumor Boards and debates.
We are fortunate to be able to tap into the vast global expertise of the IGCS membership, providing unique perspectives and approaches to best care practices among diverse populations and resource settings.
