Spring in Paris has, on average, mild days and fresh nights - but are changing and unstable. Surprisingly warm or cool weather can occur frequently.
Rain falls throughout the year, and although Paris is not a very rainy city, it is known for heavy sudden showers.
visas
Participants are requested to check with the Consulate/Embassy of France or diplomatic mission in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
Letter of Invitation
Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to make their arrangements to participate in the Congress - may receive a letter automatically once they have registered. Please note that this letter cannot be regarded as a commitment regarding scheduling or financial support from the organizers.
