E-Poster Presentations
E-Poster Upload Deadline: Monday, September 12, 2011
The ESPR Annual Meeting will introduce for the first time an advanced e-poster system in place of the traditional poster board display. Abstracts for poster presentation have been chosen to be presented for electronic viewing as e-Posters on plasma stations at this year’s Annual Meeting.
A specific poster can be viewed any time during the Meeting. Simply use one of the computer stations located in the e-poster area at a time convenient to you. You will be able to view all electronic posters as frequently, and as often as you wish. Viewers will be able to easily find and browse e-Posters, comment on e-Posters, and ask questions directly to the presenters (when allowed) and even download the posters in PDF format when permitted by the presenter.
PDF versions of the selected posters must be electronically submitted in order to be transformed, under your guidance, into an online friendly format called E-Poster. The transformation of your poster into an electronic format will be carried out by the Multiwebcast Company. A link to submit your poster for E-Poster Presentation has been sent to each poster presenter. The deadline for upload is September 12, 2011. Posters received after this date may not be displayed at the Meeting, so please plan your work schedule now to complete this on time. These posters do not require printing or production of materials – as your work will be presented electronically.
All authors will be contacted for all preparation details and technical aspects of e-posters.

Make sure to send your e-poster for upload before the deadline. It will not be possible for you to bring your e-poster presentation with you to the meeting.
Oral E-Poster Sessions and E-Poster Symposium
In addition, ESPR 2011 is introducing the new concept of Oral E-Poster Sessions in place of the traditional board Poster Walk Sessions. One E-Poster Symposium has been planned in addition to 24 Oral E-Poster Sessions over three days, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, covering a wide range of topics.
The E-Poster concept offers the opportunity to actively interact with the presenters.
As this is a new concept for ESPR, the organizers and the ESPR Council highly appreciate your feedback. You may find your poster session of interest according to topic as listed in the chart below.
