Poster Walk
Poster Walks will take place on Thursday and Friday during the lunch break (please refer to the interactive program for details). Each poster walk will be guided by chairpersons.
Poster presenters that have been selected for the Poster Walk presentations will have 3 minutes to present their poster and 2 minutes for discussion. These parallel sessions will take place in the poster area. Poster Walk presenters are requested to stand by their poster at least 15 minutes before the start of the poster walks. The presenters are expected to be at their posters for the duration of the Poster Walk session.
Poster Award
The 15th Biennial Meeting will give away 7 poster awards of each 300 euro. A selection committee will evaluate the posters and picks the 1 poster per topic to win the award. The awards will be given out during the closing ceremony.
