REGISTRATION FEES

*Nurse/ Student/ Trainee - Proof of status must be sent with registration to the meeting secretariat.

** Category A and B - Proof of nationality and permanent residence required.

Registration fees for Participants include:

• Admission to sessions
• Admission to exhibition
• Meeting publications
• 3 Lunches
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome Reception
• Gala Dinner (Reservation fee required) 

 

METHODS OF REGISTRATION

GROUP REGISTRATION FORM

Group Registration procedure will be valid for a minimum of 10 participants and up.

PAYMENT

Payment of accommodation fees should be made in Euros by one off the following methods:

• By Credit Card: i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express*
  *American Express payments are charged in U.S. Dollars according to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction

  Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.
  Please ensure the name of the congress and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
• Postmarked before August 11, 2009 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
• Postmarked from August 12, 2009 until September 14, 2009 - 50% refund
• No refund on cancellations sent from September 15, 2009.
