Registration Fees (in EUR including VAT at 19.6%)

Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines

*In order to obtain the special fee, an approval letter signed by the head of the department must accompany the registration form (via fax or email).

***Registration for these courses can be made separately and are not subject to congress registration. Registrants under the "Full Participants" category are entitled to free participation at these courses, however advanced registration is required.

Fees for all Congress Participants include:

• Participation in all scientific sessions
• Printed material of the EHMTIC Congress
• An invitation to the Welcome Reception
• Coffee breaks
• Lunch on Friday, October 29, Saturday -Sunday, October 31.
• Entrance to the Exhibition.
• The above does not apply for participants registered for the EHF PCP course only.

• Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Cancellations received up to July 20, 2010 – full refund less €35 handling fee.

Cancellations received between July 21- September 14, 2010 -50% refund.

After September 14, 2010– no refund will be made. 

Group Registration:

Special discount will be offered to groups of 100 delegates and more, subject to final number of participants. further details will be given upon request.
