Registration

* Student registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the head of department confirming their status
  and/or a valid student card. EFNS members from Eastern European countries, which are not members of the
  EU may apply for residents’ registration fee. EFNS associate members, i.e. members of the national
  neurological societies of Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Tunisia and Syria, may apply for
  residents’ registration fee.

** Paid registered participants will receive a ticket to the opening session and social event (limited number, “first
   come – first served” basis)

*** Limited space – early booking is recommended

Fees for participants and residents include:

• Participation in scientific sessions
• Book your hotel accommodation through the congress website: www.efns.org/efns2010/
• Visit of the exhibition
• The printed material of the Congress
• A certificate of attendance
• Opening session and welcome reception
• Three lunches
• Coffee during breaks
• All Congress participants staying at a hotel, youth hostel or camping in Geneva can benefit from the Geneva Transport Card, at no additional cost.

Please ensure the name of the congress and of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
• Postmarked until and including June 22, 2010 – 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
• Postmarked from June 23, 2010 – 50% refund
• No refund on cancellations after August 22, 2010
