Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied or alternatively a deposit of one night accommodation deposit is forwarded by bank transfer.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.
For hotel reservation made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly

PAYMENT
Full payment for accommodation, provided by Kenes International is payable (less deposit) before your arrival in Hamburg.
Kenes International accepts by credit card Visa, Master Card, and AMEX credit cards.
Postal orders will NOT be accepted.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fess.
Please make sure the name of the Congress and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
Please note that 3 weeks prior to arrival in Hamburg, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit with a bank transfer are required to send the balance of outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International 21 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY – HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
All cancellations of room/nights have to be made in writing to Kenes International.
Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.
- Cancellations of room/nights received until 16 days prior to arrival (until June 4th, 2010)- full refund less handling charge of €30
- Cancellations of room/nights received between 15-10 days prior to arrival ( until June 10th, 2010) - 1 night’s cancellation charge
- Cancellations of room/nights received from June 11th, 2010 - No refund
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and all payments will be non-refundable.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.

Kenes International, and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
