CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before January 29, 2010 – 100% refund (minus €35handling fees)
Postmarked from January 30, 2010-March 29, 2010 – 50% refund (minus €35handling fees)
No refund on cancellations sent from March 30, 2010 onwards.
PAYMENT
Payment for registration should be made in Euro by the following methods:
By Credit Card
i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express*
*Payment made by American Express will be charged in U.S. Dollars according to the exchange rate of the day of the transaction

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.
Please ensure the name of the Congress and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.
