Payment of fees must be made in EURO and should be paid using one of the following options:

Fees for all Conference Participants include
- Attendance in all scientific sessions
- Delegate bag including all conference printed material

- Lunches and coffee breaks as indicated in the program
- Entrance to the exhibition
Registration Cancellation Policy
Faxed or emailed:
- Cancellations received until October 28, 2011 – full refund less €35 handling fee.
- Cancellations received between October 29 - November 28, 2011 – 50% will be refunded.
